About

What it’s like to work with me

We take our time. You can talk in whatever words come.

When we meet

There’s no rush.

You don’t need the right words. Messy sentences are fine. So is silence.

We can stay with hard things. I won’t hurry you past them, or fill quiet just because it’s quiet.

Sometimes the same pattern shows up — at work, at home, in how you talk to yourself.

Sometimes we just talk about whatever is there that day.

I’ll ask if something isn’t clear. That’s all.

How we go

You choose what we talk about. I won’t push a topic you’re not ready for.

I won’t talk over you with advice you didn’t ask for.

Some weeks are hard. Some aren’t. If something isn’t useful, we change it.

I see people aged 16 and over, in Skipton and online.

That’s fine. A short message is enough.

The name

Eunoia

(pronounced yoo-NOY-uh)

It means “beautiful thinking,” or a well mind. I liked that. Clearer thinking. Being a bit kinder to yourself. Not a quick fix — just something steadier.
